Acceptable Use Policy

Lumi Arts is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and old enough to form a binding agreement in their jurisdiction.

You may not use Lumi Arts if you are a minor, if you are using the Services on behalf of a minor, or if applicable law prohibits your use.

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, references, generated outputs, account behavior, and any use or distribution of content created with Lumi Arts.

You must have all rights, permissions, consent, and lawful bases needed to upload, edit, transform, generate, store, download, or share content.

You may not use Lumi Arts to create, upload, request, store, share, or distribute:

• Illegal content of any kind, including content that violates local, national, or international law.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, content that depicts or implies minors in sexual contexts, or content involving people who appear to be minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfakes, synthetic media, face swaps, clothes-removal edits, or manipulated content depicting real identifiable people in intimate or sexual contexts without explicit consent.
• Sexual exploitation, coercion, blackmail, threats, humiliation, stalking, harassment, or revenge content.
• Deceptive impersonation, fraud, scams, identity misuse, political disinformation, or content falsely presented as a real event or authentic record.
• Hate, extremist praise, targeted abuse, or content intended to threaten, incite, or celebrate harm against protected groups or private people.
• Graphic violence, gore, self-harm encouragement, or content primarily intended to shock, harass, or intimidate.
• Malware, spam, credential theft, platform abuse, automated account creation, scraping, or attempts to bypass security or usage limits.

Lumi Arts prohibits non-consensual deepfakes and misuse of real people's likenesses. This includes face swaps, identity transfer, image-to-image edits, video references, and any workflow that could make a person appear to do or say something they did not consent to.

You must not create intimate, sexual, deceptive, defamatory, or harassing synthetic media of a real identifiable person without explicit permission from that person.

• Do not use celebrity, influencer, public figure, private-person, ex-partner, coworker, classmate, or stranger references for intimate or deceptive outputs.
• Do not use Lumi Arts to impersonate people, forge evidence, mislead viewers, or pressure someone with synthetic media.
• Do not remove or change clothing in a way that sexualizes a real person unless the person is an adult and has explicitly consented to that exact use.

Adults may use Lumi Arts for lawful, private, mature-theme creative work when every depicted subject is an adult and all references, likenesses, and source materials are authorized.

• Fictional adult characters, consensual adult fantasy, boudoir-style creative direction, pin-up, sensual editorial, and mature story concepts that follow this Policy.
• Original characters, owned references, licensed assets, or references where you have explicit permission for the intended use.
• Private experimentation that does not involve minors, non-consensual likenesses, coercion, harassment, or illegal conduct.

We may use automated systems and limited manual review to detect abuse, review uploads and references, investigate reports, enforce this Policy, protect users and third parties, and comply with legal obligations.

We may block prompts, reject uploads, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold or revoke credits, preserve records, or report unlawful conduct when appropriate.

If you believe Lumi Arts has been used to create or distribute prohibited content, contact us with enough detail to review the issue.

• A link, task ID, account identifier, screenshot, or other information that helps us locate the content.
• A short explanation of why the content may violate this Policy.
• Do not send unnecessary sensitive information, full payment details, passwords, private keys, or government IDs unless specifically requested through a secure process.

We may update this Policy as our product, laws, safety practices, or abuse patterns change. Continued use of Lumi Arts after an updated Policy is posted means you accept the updated Policy.
