Lumi Arts is private by default. We do not automatically publish your prompts, references, generated images, generated videos, or history to a public gallery or discovery feed.

Private by default does not mean unprocessed. To provide the Services, we may process your prompts, uploaded files, and outputs through our systems and through model, hosting, storage, safety, and infrastructure providers. Automated systems, and in limited cases authorized personnel, may review content to detect abuse, troubleshoot service issues, enforce our Terms, comply with law, or protect users and third parties.

You should not upload or generate content that you do not have the right to use. This includes private images, likenesses, confidential information, or personal data of others without proper permission.

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure sessions, measure performance, understand usage, and support checkout or analytics.
