How credits work
Credits are the only unit we bill in
Credits are the only unit Lumi Arts bills in. There are no seats and no per-model subscriptions — an image and a video draw from the same balance, and the plans below differ only in how many credits they carry and what each credit costs.
You see the cost before it runs
Every generation shows its exact credit cost on the button before you submit. Image runs are priced per image; video is billed per second of output, so duration and resolution move the number.
Failed jobs are refunded
If a generation fails, the same credits return to your balance with their original expiry — you are not charged for a result you never received.
Subscription credits cost less per credit
A subscription always carries a lower unit price than a one-time pack of similar size. Packs stay useful for topping up, and nothing renews unless you picked a subscription.
